A spoiled rich kid fresh out of college decides to see the real America one last time before being absorbed by his Dad's corporation. He heads out in his classic T-Bird and winds up stranded in a small Arizona town, teamed with a world-wise and mysterious hitchhiker, and forced into defending his honor against a gang of fast-driving, tough-talking local hoods.
