R&D's composition "Louisiana Man" has been recorded hundreds of times in the wake of their own 1961 hit version. Their original song is here, along with its famous follow up "Diggy Liggy Lo" and their rockabilly classic "Hey Mae" (later revived by Shakin' Stevens). Their bass-singing, piano-playing compatriot Barkdull is heard on both the Kershaw's recordings and his own, which include further rockabilly classics like "Ain't Gonna Waste My Time" and "Too Many." None of Barkdull's sides have ever been reissued legally on CD before. (Stock on hand: 3)
